Our Approach

Listen and Plan
Firstly we really get to know the concept. This means talking to you, asking the difficult questions and contributing some of our own ideas; how do you want your website to work?, what features can we implement which in turn will benefit you and your work processes? etc.
Together we create the finished brief that allows us to get started on design.
Design
This is where your new project really gets moving! We create a set of initial visuals for you to review. We take each and every clients comments and feedback seriously, and our regular review stages keep you in the loop. Once the initial visuals are approved, we move onto creating a more in-depth set of developed visuals. These new visuals will detail main areas of the site and how specific features work. We continue to work on these visuals until everyone has agreed upon the final design.
Build and Implement
Once the developed visuals have been given your blessing we move onto the exciting part of building and implementing the new design, including all the wonderful interactive features and tools detailed during the design phase. This can often be a complex stage, this is why we always put great importance on the getting the design phase right to minimise any changes during the build. Once built, we hand over the site for final testing – and if you have a Content Management System for your site this is where you can enter content and generally give the system a thorough test-drive.
Manage
As soon as you have given the green light, the website can go live. Our involvement doesn’t just stop there - we continually monitor all our websites and execute performance and maintenance updates. We will also set up regular reviews to see how your site is performing and listen to any suggestions you may have for additions to your site as well as making a few of our own.
